We make it easy for you to talk to us, in confidence,
about the help and support you need. You can visit the FLAG
town centre office, talk to one of the FLAG advisors
working in the community, or call the FLAG helpline. Once
we fully understand the help you need we will point
you in the right direction.
FLAG Head Office
You are welcome to drop in and talk to us any
time. We are situated in the centre of Stockport and easy to
find. However, we can get very busy so to avoid a wait, it's
probably best to phone first to make an appointment.

Staying in touch
When we have put you in contact with the people we
believe are best able to help you, we will keep in touch with you
to make sure that you are receiving the help you needed.
Keeping you informed
FLAG advisors in the community provide one to one support
and will guide you to the full range of local services, including
those offered by Stockport Council, that might be of benefit to
you. They will also keep you informed about local activities
that will be of interest to you and help your situation.

Town Centre Office
FLAG welcomes appointments and drop ins to its town centre
office. There is a confidential space available; if you feel that
this might be useful please ring ahead and book an appointment with
an advisor. The office is open from 9am - 4.30pm and all our
services are free. We look forward to seeing you!

Out and about
FLAG has regular community advice sessions across the borough of
Stockport, at a variety of locations. Advisors also welcome the
opportunity to attend events organised by our members. Visit the

If you are a professional, working with a Stockport resident and
are asked questions beyond your job role, give FLAG a call - we can
help you too! You need only provide the advisor with the brief
details and we will see which services may be able to help.
FLAG also delivers training about our service and is always happy
to talk at conferences and meetings about our work and how we can
support you.
