Raised awareness of, and access to, Adult Health and Social Care Services in Stockport

Information about your organisation will go onto the FLAG and My Care My Choice websites.

Raised awareness of your organisation and recognition that it is part of FLAG.

Opportunities to influence the way FLAG develops as a service and how it works with members.

Opportunities to input into the training given to frontline staff of FLAG and other organisations to ensure that they make appropriate referrals to your organisation.

Invitations to networking and information events with other consortium members.

 

Membership of this innovative project which will raise awareness of, and access to, Adult Health and Social Care Services in Stockport also involves certain responsibilities.

The provision of information about your services for inclusion on the FLAG website, including a link to your own website.

Ensuring that your own organisation's website is kept up to date.

Checking the My Care My Choice website to ensure that information about you accurately reflects the activities of your organisation.

Notifying Flag of any significant changes to your organisation's details.

Supporting the promotion of FLAG through your newsletters and networks.

New Manager putting the Hart into Stockport FLAG

Stockport FLAG (For Local Advice and Guidance) is pleased to welcome Beverley Hart as its new manager. Beverley, who has picked up where Janet Lee left off in November, is an experienced manager from the West Midlands and is looking forward to being part of this exciting information and advice service.

"I'm really proud  to have this opportunity of supporting FLAG and its team, and pleased to continue to build on FLAG's excellent reputation. We offer a very high level of informed support to FLAG's customers and I can't believe the variety of questions that the advisors get asked -people come to us to find a service for almost everything!"

Stockport FLAG continues to respond to customer needs and requests, delivering the service across the borough.
