Alzheimer's Society Stockport

The Alzheimer's Society has a vision of a fairer world and a better future for people with dementia. We believe that people with dementia and the people who care for them have the right to high quality services and support. We work to achieve this by providing information and support for people with all forms of dementia and those who care for them, through telephone calls, newsletters, factsheets and signposting to appropriate organisations. We also run regular support groups and have a dementia outreach service.
