The Agricultural and Rural Centre (ARC) is a community interest company based in Romiley, Stockport. The centre enables adults and children with disabilities, mental health issues, long term health problems or other social disadvantages to work with animals and on the land. 
The animal area enables participants to learn about the management and responsibility of caring for animals, including horses, alpacas, goats, pigs, ducks and rabbits, whilst the horticultural area allows them to plant ,grow and harvest fruit, vegetables, herbs and flora. 
Everybody will learn about the concept of where our food comes from and the importance of eating healthy food.
