Independent Options
We provide a range of support services for adults, young people
and children who have learning disabilities, autism, physical
disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health
needs. We want to support people with disabilities to have
the same opportunities as everyone else and be as independent as
possible.
Our services are tailor-made to meet the needs of each person we
are working with and we have experience of working with people who
have Direct Payments and Individual Budgets. We use person
centred approaches so the people we support are always at the heart
of the planning for their services. We work with them, and
others who are important in their lives, so that they can achieve
their goals in the present and in the future.
We have a 'family-led' ethos, which means that the people who use
our services, and their families, have an active role in the
running of our organisation and we are guided by their needs,
wishes and views.
Services offered
Short Breaks and Holidays for Adults. Adult Placement Schemes. Community Support Service (adullts & children). Supported Living. Housing related support for Adults (including a specialist service to support those who have offended or are at risk of offending), and a Children’s and Family Centre.
