Stockport Care Schemes

The aim of our schemes is to introduce volunteers to vulnerable people and hard pressed carers who need a little extra help and support. We provide transport for people with poor mobility so that they may attend medical appointments and some social activities. We arrange visits for the elderly and  help for the housebound.  Befrienders / carers also support various social and activities groups. Anyone can refer themselves to us if they fit the criteria stated here.
