The Furniture Station

The Furniture Station aims to relieve poverty and distress by providing good quality re-used household goods to people in need living in Stockport, helping them to achieve a more stable, healthy and independent lifestyle. In particular we assist those, who have obtained accommodation but lack the resources to turn it into a home. We provide furniture and / or white goods to provide them with the means to establish their home.
To be able to access the services The Furniture Station offers, your eligibility, (receipt of a means tested benefit and resident in Stockport), has to be checked by a Referral Agency. You cannot be seen without an appointment which has to be made by a Referral Agency.
