The Together Trust
The Together Trust is a voluntary organisation based in
Stockport and provides a wide range of domiciliary care, outreach,
community, residential care (including short breaks and shared
care) and special education services (for young people with complex
needs, including Autism) aged between 5 and 25. The organisation
also operates a day centre for disabled adults in Stockport called
Newbridge and the Inscape Centre for Autism which provides autism
assessment, consultancy, diagnostic and speech therapy services.
The Trust's staff are trained to support complex medical needs.
